Ministry Community Meeting—at the new office!

August 3:  Tuesday, 7 PM, at the new church office.  Bring your own chair.  Please come because there are some critical things to discuss regarding the future path of Cornerstone in 2011.  It is especially important for all leaders to be there.

August Changes

We will not have Adult Sunday School or Family Flint classes in the month of August.  In their place, we will do the following:

August 1:  (9-9:30 AM) Corporate prayer for both adults and children led by our pastor. (9:30-10:00 AM) Reception in the lobby for Pastor Matt's Installation.

August 8:  Ministry leaders and their teams will clean/organize behind the theater knee walls (more information to come).

August 15, 22, 29:  (9:00-9:45am) Prayer time led by Pastor Matt. All ages are encouraged to come.  Please come and help us pray for the various ministries and families in the church. We want to have prayer as the “cornerstone” for our ministry to Marion and Cedar Rapids!

Thank You

Dale and Sarah Catherall would like to thank our Cornerstone family for rallying around us after the sudden death of Sarah’s brother, Jack.  We appreciate all the prayers, cards, condolences, and hugs.
