The Pastor Post is a bi-monthly update from Pastor Matt with a brief meditation as well as information on upcoming events in the life of Cornerstone Church.

This year’s Fall Spiritual Life Retreat is about growing closer to Christ and one another. It will be an intimate group of just 20 people from our church and the speakers. The lodging place is perfect for small church retreats. There are a number of walking trails and places to enjoy God’s creation. We will rest, feast on God’s Word, and worship together. Jesus said, “Come to me all you who are weary and heavy laden and I will give you rest.” Come rest in Christ with us October 26-27. We hope to offer a a similar retreat in the Spring for those unable to attend this Fall. More info here: https://cornerstone-marion.org/wordpress/2012/09/06/spiritual-life-retreat-october-26-27/

We hope the information gathered helps the leaders of this church make wise decisions in the coming year to prayerfully see spiritual growth in our church family.
