I appreciate all the engagement I’ve received from these sermons on secondary matters; you’re all really thinking and seeking how to serve the LORD! Praise God. One bonus resource you might enjoy is a recent “Ask Pastor John” Podcast on the question “Am I Abusing Caffeine” (https://www.desiringgod.org/interviews/am-i-abusing-caffeine). John Piper gives a thought-provoking answer that relates to all sorts of things we eat, do, and drink as Christ-followers.

Sunday April 21st – Baptism/Lord’s Supper Instruction Class @11AM after the church service

 

Monday April 29th – Leadership Summit – All ministry leaders, small group leaders, deacons/elders and directors will meet 7-8:30PM.

Saturday May 4 – CHURCH WORK DAY, “Spring Cleaning,” 8am-12PM – Please come and serve a 1-2 hour shift that morning. (Please email Tim Messer if you want to sign up that way or look to sign up in the foyer these next 2 Sundays.)

 

Sunday May 5th – Church family potluck meal @11AM; church family meeting @12PM. (Lord willing, we’ll have baptisms in the service that day too.)

 

Wednesday May 22 – 7PM All-Church Prayer Meeting – We’ll have a family meal starting ~6PM and gathering the sanctuary at 7PM for singing worship and prayer.
