Dear Cornerstone church members,

Thank you for your faithfulness to pray for, financially support, and actively engage our body and your callings in the world. In Ephesians chapters 3 and 4, Paul envisions a church built up by truth and maturing in love. I believe God is at work at Cornerstone in these ways. I love your pursuit of God’s Word in our Sunday gathering, Sunday School, small groups, discipleship communities and in your own personal devotions. Likewise, I value how much you love another through regular prayer, sharing meals, offering assistance, and meeting concrete needs.

Now, as we move forward together to close up 2025, I’d like to offer up 3 invitations:
#1: Join in prayer with other Cornerstone saints 2-3 times before the year is out. Come to the 8:40AM prayer group on Sunday mornings. Join in the few remaining 12:15-45M prayer meetings on Wednesdays November 19 and December 3, 10, & 17. Finally, show up to the Prayer Sunday School Class in Room 101; they will dedicate the whole hour to prayer Nov. 23 and 30th and Dec. 7.
#2: We need about 15 additional cars to park behind our church building each Sunday. Between 9:22-9:28AM every Sunday, our front lot gets really full (well over the 80% danger zone). Would 15 individuals make a permanent commitment to arrive by 9:15 or 9:20 and park in the lot behind our church building? This will serve our late arriving guests and those who have a physical need to park closer to the doors.
#3: My final invitation is to participate in our December 14 Christmas Party…would you come and bring a coworker, neighbor, family member or friend?

Our inheritance is in heaven; our Savior will come and get us soon. Until then, we press on together.

Thank you church family,
Pastor Matt
