**If you’d like to authorize the church to remove funds monthly from your checking account, please print out this ACH Authorization form and follow the instructions. You can submit this form directly to our Treasurer, our office admin (office@cornerstone-marion.org) or simply put the necessary documents in our offering box on a Sunday morning.
