Dear Cornerstone Family,

 

Summer is in full swing now that graduations and the school year are officially over. I trust your plans for the coming weeks are falling into place. If a trip by car is in the plan, be sure to enjoy the scenery as the hours of windshield time go by. We live in a beautiful country and we know from God’s Word that creation constantly proclaims God’s glory. (Psalm 19:1-4)

 

Here are some updates:

 

We introduced our Web Site Bulletin Board at the May Congregational Meeting. It holds information on area ministries you may want to know about. It is under the Media Menu on our church website.

 

We will continue to receive donations for our Shoe Drive to benefit the Marion Foundation. Be sure to mark your monetary donation “Shoe Drive.” If you have a pair of gym worthy tennis shoes, you can drop them by the church office Monday-Thursday, 9-2.

 

Registration is still open for our July VBS. We still have quite a few openings available. Invite your extended family members and neighbors to secure a spot. It will be a great time for the children right in the middle of summer (Also a break for mom!). We’d love to have them attend.
